Consulting and design services for all kinds of metal cans
Achieving attractive and consumer-friendly packaging, as a goal that has long engaged various product manufacturers, has always been linked to the quality of packaging printing. Once the visual design of the metal cans is created by design and graphics specialists, they enter a complex and sensitive process for implementation on raw tinplate sheets used in the metal can manufacturing industry. The designs are initially implemented through a modern lithography process with intricate calculations on various zinc coatings.
The next stage, which is the most sensitive and challenging stage, is the implementation of designs onto zinc-coated raw materials. For this purpose, highly complex printing lines on metal are used, which apply the compound in various colors and in predetermined stages onto the sheet. The presence of the smallest inconsistencies in the components of these machines leads to a significant decrease in the printing quality of the product.

For years, tinplate has been recognized as the primary raw material for producing metal packaging containers, in various dimensions and sizes, in sheet form. The quality and uniformity of sheet dimensions have always been recognized as one of the primary prerequisites for quality printing and production of metal cans. Therefore, at Azin Can, we have endeavored to take a significant step towards increasing productivity by importing and installing a modern and equipped coil-to-sheet conversion line. We are proud to partner with our customers in achieving this achievement. It should be noted that this line is capable of cutting sheets up to a thickness of 0.35 millimeters with a length cutting tolerance of 0.15 millimeters.
